Hosta Wolverine will form a medium sized mound of about 16"-18" in height, with a spread of up to 40", at maturity. It has a habit of cascading mound of lance-shaped, slender-tipped, slightly wavy, blue-green leaves with irregular, pale yellow margins. Tall scapes, of up to 18", bear racemes of funnel-shaped, pale lavender-blue flowers in late summer. A fast growing specimen, but is still slug resistant, as well as sun tolerant. A real favourite with a lot of collectors. Hosta Wolverine was the winner of the Eunice Fisher Distinguished Merit Hosta Award in 2014 and the American Hosta Society Benedict Garden Performance.
