Hosta Wogon's Boy will form a medium to large mound of about 22"-26" in height, with a spread of up to 36", at maturity. An extremely striking Hosta early in the year when the leaves seem to shine with their own light. They are a striking very pale lemon yellow with just a hint of lime towards the petioles. The colour is paler and more eye-catching than Fire Island. They maintain this colour well but can turn very slowly to green by the end of Summer. Splendid early season gold. The leaves have eventually a quilted appearance and slowly turn light green by late summer, and have a good substance to them, and is NOT a favourite with those slugs and snails. Lavender flowers appear, during July & August, held on scapes of up to 32" .
