The Hosta Wings of a Prayer forms an upright medium clump, reaching a height of 40cm-45cm and spreading up to 60cm at maturity. This variant of Hosta Praying Hands is distinguished by its white margin as opposed to cream. It features a very upright habit with dark green contorted leaves bordered by a crisp white margin. The narrow, tightly folded leaves resemble hands folded in prayer. The margin begins as chartreuse, transitions to yellow, and finally becomes creamy white. This distinct variegation makes this Hosta an excellent enhancement over its parent variety. Similar to Hosta Praying Hands, this Hosta thrives well in container cultivation. It is sun-tolerant and slug-resistant, making it a valuable addition to any Hosta collection. In mid to late summer, it produces pale lavender flowers on scapes that can reach up to 70cm in height.
