Hosta Shiny Sonata forms a medium mound reaching a height of 45cm-55cm and a spread of up to 125cm at maturity. It features slightly rounded, glossy dark green, cupped leaves. This variety also produces fragrant, deep lavender flowers on scapes that extend to 90cm, blooming from July through August. Additionally, it is resistant to slugs and thrives best in dappled shade.
