Hosta Peedee Gold Flash typically forms a compact clump reaching 20-25 cm in height, with a mature spread of up to 45 cm. This small, variegated Hosta features lanceolate leaves with gold centres and green margins. The leaves transition from bright yellow to chartreuse, accompanied by narrow, variable green margins. The lower petioles exhibit a crimson hue. The narrow golden leaves are accentuated by contrasting dark green borders. In early summer, the base of the petioles presents a red violet coloration leading to purple flowers, creating an attractive clump. This Hosta is characterized by spoon-shaped, crinkled pale golden leaves with green rims, deep lilac bells, and red petioles. Pale purple flowers appear on 30 cm scapes during August.
