Hosta Pathfinder forms a medium sized Hosta of 16"-18" in height, witha spread of up to 36", at maturity. The leaves have a slight curl toward the tip. White-centered sport of Hosta Francee. Dark green margins surround a white centre that is speckled with green flecks. Very thick leaves have an excellent growth rate especially for a white-centred hosta. It's foliage tends to remain dense right to the ground, not requiring facer plants in front. Mark Zilis claims this hosta to be the best growing white-centered hosta from the Francee, Patriot and Minuteman parentage. Lavender flowers held on scapes up to 26" tall, in summer.  This Hosta is both sun tolerant and slug resistant.
