Hosta Parky's Prize will form a small mound of 12"-18" in height, with a spread of up to 42", at maturity. This Hosta is still quite difficult to find. This green centred sport of Hosta Birchwood Parky's Gold. It looks good all season, the mound form holds well. A strong grower, it forms a beautiful, symetrical, small to medium clump, practically overnight. Lavender flowers are borne on long 32" scapes atop the clump in summer, and is known for being extremely floriforous once established. Looks fantastic along the edge of a border or in mass planting in dappled shade. Not greatly sun tolerant or slug resistant and flowers are not fragrant.
