Hosta Marmalade on Toast forms a substantial mound, reaching a height of 60cm-75cm and a spread of up to 100cm at maturity. This rapidly growing Hosta is characterized by heart-shaped, corrugated leaves that transition from blue to green and possess gently wavy margins. It thrives even in deep shade and its densely corrugated leaf texture makes it less susceptible to slugs and snails. Optimal growth is achieved in loose, humus-rich soil with adequate moisture content, allowing it to reach its maximum size within 3-4 years. In August, lavender flowers emerge on long scapes, extending up to 110cm.
