Hosta Little Wonder will form a miniature but dense mound reaching 10cm-15cm in height, with a spread of up to 30cm at maturity. The mound is composed of dark green leaves with cream margins, which are slightly wavy on this vigorous grower. This charming cultivar from Lachman's breeding program serves as a compact edging plant. In early summer, these robust small clumps are adorned with numerous deep purple flowers on 36cm scapes. It tolerates morning sun well. Ensuring good drainage appears to be crucial, although it is important not to let the soil dry out completely. Hosta Little Wonder is a fast grower, making it an excellent choice for collectors. It is easy to cultivate and divides readily. The plant has been awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
