Hosta Lakeside Spellbinder forms a medium-sized mound measuring 50cm-70cm in height, with a spread of up to 140cm at maturity. Initially, the foliage appears as blue leaves, which quickly develop rich yellow centres that improve with exposure to summer conditions. By summer, the leaves turn shiny dark green, and the centres become pure white. A lighter green hue streaks where the centre and margin overlap. The plant exhibits a vigorous growth rate and attractive foliage, making it highly desirable. Hosta Lakeside Spellbinder produces near-white flowers on 90cm scapes in July. Its robust substance renders it resistant to slugs and tolerant of sun exposure. This plant is an outstanding addition to any garden.
