Hosta Irish Eyes forms a medium mound of 40cm-45cm tall, with a spread of about 100cm at maturity. The leaves are medium-sized, with a wavy and ridged overall shape. They are pointed with a grey hue and have a slightly rippled creamy-white border. White buds appear in July before the near white flowers open. The plant is topped with near white flowers on 60cm scapes into August. Hosta Irish Eyes exhibits good vigour, has reasonably good resistance to slugs, and can tolerate some morning sun.
