Hosta Humpback Whale develops into a substantial mound of blue-green foliage, reaching heights of 90cm-100cm, with a spread of up to 200cm at maturity. The heart-shaped leaves exhibit an unusual hump in the middle, which causes the leaf tip to point downward. The blue-green leaves are slightly corrugated and display their most vibrant colour in early spring, transitioning to green by early summer. Near white flowers bloom on tall scapes, extending up to 130cm, in July or August. This cultivar forms an impressive mound of foliage and demonstrates considerable resistance to slugs.
