Hosta High Tide will form a medium mound of 15"-18" in height, with a spread of up to 40" at maturity. The frosty-blue leaves in spring have a hue of purple from the petioles. The blue-green leaves are very thick and have gently wavy margins. It forms a small dense mound of nice blue foliage. Very dependable blue Hosta that stays small. Nice blue leaves that lay flat and show the purple petioles in the middle of the clump. The very characteristic and beautiful dark lavender/pale purple flowers appear on purple scapes of up to 30" tall, in summer. It will grow in the sun and is also slug resistant. A good all-round Hosta.
