Hosta Devon Gold will form a small mound of 10"-14" in height with a spread of up to 20" at maturity. It has butter-yellow leaves, with a small hint of green, making a mound with dark purple flowers held well above the slightly wavy leaves, on 22" scapes. Best when not given much direct sun. Avoid direct sunlight. Not slug resistant or sun tolerant. Flowers are not fragrant but they are a very dark purple set against the wonderful yellowy green of the plant.
