Hosta Christmas Tree forms a substantial mound, reaching 45cm-55cm in height with a spread of up to 90cm at maturity. It features aesthetically pleasing puckered dark green leaves, and smaller vestigial leaves that ascend the bloom spike, creating a conical appearance reminiscent of a Christmas tree. The plant exhibits an irregular yellow edge which transitions to white as the season progresses. In June and July, it produces lavender flowers on 80cm scapes, followed by striking reddish-purple seed pods. This variety is both sun tolerant and resistant to slugs, making it a valuable addition to any garden. Hosta Christmas Tree received the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
