Hosta Chain Lightning will form a medium sized mound of 18"-24" in height a spread of up to 32" at maturity. It is a superb grower with thick grey-green leaves that have an irregular yellow to creamy-white centre. This Hosta features corrugated, grey-green leaves with an irregular yellowish-white centre. The attractive leaves gain some cupping and corrugation with age that just adds to this Hostas beauty. Lavender flowers appear on scapes of up to 30" tall, from July to August. Forms a beautiful mound of foliage that stands out in the shade garden, and is both slug resistant and sun tolerant.
