Hosta Blue Mouse Ears will form a lovely small mound of 8"-10" height with a spread of up to 12" at maturity. Hosta Blue Mouse Ears is the initial mouse in the mouse ears series, absolutely super little Hosta and always a favourite. It is a must-have plant for any hosta collector of blue-green foliage that is slightly cupped. Looks fabulous in containers, troughs etc. It is a really tough little Hosta. The leaves have a good substance to them which gives this little Hosta a good resistance to slugs and snails. Sprays of beautiful, soft lavender to purple flowers appear on short green 16" scapes just  above the crown in July. Doesn't seem bothered by a little sun.
