Hosta Birchwood Parky's Gold forms a small to medium mound of 12"-16" in height, spreading up to 48" at maturity. It has green-gold to bright-yellow heart-shaped leaves that turn golden yellow in summer. It forms a neat, symmetrical mound of gold heart-shaped foliage. Pale lavender flowers appear on 36" tall scapes in July. It tolerates some direct sun and grows quickly. Bright light will enhance the colour, but too much sun may bleach the leaves.
