The Hosta Antioch develops into a medium-sized mound measuring approximately 52cm-60cm in height, with a spread reaching up to 100cm at full maturity. This variety features pointed, medium-green leaves with a streaky margin that starts as chartreuse in the spring and transitions to creamy white by summer. In July, lavender flowers bloom on scapes that grow to a height of 80cm. The Hosta Antioch shows some resistance to slugs and performs reasonably well in partial sunlight. It is an established classic among old varieties, known for its ease of cultivation and ability to form a robust clump relatively quickly.
