Hosta Anne will develop into a medium-sized clump, reaching a height of 40cm-45cm with a spread of up to 75cm at maturity. This variety features thick, cupped, glossy leaves with dark green centres and wide, irregular yellow margins. It is a popular and commonly found variety in many gardens, known for its overall good performance. In July, it produces lavender-coloured, flowers with a purple haze on medium scapes that reach approximately 60cm in height. While it possesses reasonable toughness against slugs, it is not classified as slug resistant. Hosta Anne can tolerate some sunlight, but it should be protected from direct sun during the hottest parts of the day.
