Hosta Amber Tiara forms a small to medium mound, reaching heights of 25cm-38cm and a spread of up to 55cm at maturity. It is a gold variant of Hosta Grand Tiara featuring nearly round leaves with substantial thickness. The dense mound comprises thick golden leaves. During July and August, dark purple and white striped flowers emerge on 45cm scapes. Hosta Amber Tiara is an excellent choice for adding yellow foliage to garden borders. The leaves transition to a greenish-yellow hue as the season progresses and often display small sectoral chimeras of white or green, with occasional unusual flecking. Notably, this Hosta variety is resistant to slugs and tolerant of sunlight.
